Founded in 2019, Khalil Group Management is a commercial real estate investment firm rooted in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. For more than seven years we have acquired land, structured ground leases, and repositioned retail assets — always with a single standard in mind: maximize the value of the real estate and create income that lasts.
